Dr. Collins Udofia leads the finance function at Bluelake Oil & Gas Trading Limited, covering treasury, trade finance, financial reporting, tax and internal controls.
A chartered accountant with 16 years of experience, he structures the letters of credit, bank guarantees and working-capital facilities that underpin the company's cargo and product purchases, and manages relationships with Bluelake's banking partners.
He also chairs the internal audit committee and has embedded a reporting discipline that gives the board a clear view of margin, exposure and cash position across every trading desk.
