Profile
Barth is currently the Managing Partner of Barth Omozokpia & Co. He is a seasoned lawyer and has consulted for numerous Banks, Government Organizations, Multi Nationals and Private Companies.
Barth has significant expertise in Corporate Restructuring and Corporate Governance, Litigation (both civil and criminal), general corporate practice, Labour Law and Family Law with a special bias for Matrimonial and Human Rights matters. He has also defended the Federal Government in a number of civil suits and heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of his Firm.
He was appointed a Notary Public in 2016 by the Chief Justice of the Nigeria (CJN). He is married to Mrs. Justina Omozokpia and their marriage is blessed with Three (3) sons. His hobbies are reading, travelling, watching movies and playing Chess. His Firm are the External Solicitors to Skyewise Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and he is a Management Consultant with the Cooperative.
